Homemade Pouch~

Homemade Pouches  For this project I'm going to show you how you can make a pouch, pencil case, or just something to hold your stuff with magazines, a Ziploc bag, tape, and hot glue. The first thing your going to need are some old magazines you don't mind ripping up.  I want this to be easy for you so I recommend finding whole pages that you can use.    After you find your pages, you're going to need your Ziploc bag. The size is totally up to you. I grabbed a big one because I didn't have smaller ones at the moment. I decided to make a pencil case so I grabbed a pencil to measure how big I want the bag. Once I figured out the sizes I cut it up, ready for the next step.  Once you have your piece look for the pages you want to cover it. If your a perfectionist like me then you can cut the edges but for what I have planned you don't really need to. Cut out enough pages to fill the front and back. Jewelry Holder

Jewelry Holder  A simple and fast project to bring color to a wall near you. :) I'll be honest, I'm not 100% proud of the end product, but I can live with it...for now. I usually buy my canvas at Wal-Mart or Ross.  I've decided to use paint to cover up my blank canvas. I used these three colors. I j...

Note To Self...

NOTE TO SELF... DIY #2  For this DIY I decided to make something that could be a cute decoration idea, but with a purpose. There are many ways you would be able to do this, but this is how I did mine.  To start the DIY off your going to need a picture frame. I used a 5X7 because I didn't want anything too big, but the size is totally up to you.  Next, you need your choice of paint color and your choice of paint brush. I used a matte acrylic paint in lavender sachet. I also used the thinnest brush I had because the design I was going for is very detailed.    Now that you got what you need...  you can PAINT! You can do whatever you think is nice. The possibilities are endless! Almost done...  Now that you got the whole frame painted it's time to put together the stand for the frame. For this your going to need paper. I used card stock paper, but you can totally use construction paper, magazines, an...
